Since we broadcast a line of site microwave frequencies our signal is highly sensitive to obstructions  such as hills, trees, houses, and buildings. Prior to attempting an installation at your location, a free site survey will be conducted to determine if there is sufficient signal strength. You do not have to be home for the site survey to take place.
